2020 has seen us challenged like never before.

We’ve experience change in all aspects of our lives and maintaining good mental health has been difficult.

October is Mental Health Month and genU in partnership with Mindful Innovative Action invite you to be a part of a

4 Week Stress Less Challenge

The four week challenge is designed to let you try four different, scientifically proven ways that you can use to reduce your stress levels. As a bonus all these skills can be easily shared with your family, friends and clients as well.

Each week participants will receive an individual challenge that builds their ‘toolkit’ of stress busting tricks

By taking part in this program, we can support each other as we develop some new skills, learn to better manage stress and through this improve our mental wellbeing.

So over the next month, I encourage you to join this challenge, take some time to look after yourself, try some different techniques for managing stress more effectively and lets all build our skills in managing our mental wellbeing.

The challenge is free
You can complete individually or with your team.

Each week you will receive a new challenge designed to decrease the impact of stress on your life.
