Over 5 days we are going to explore some different ways that you can manage stress more effectively.

This free challenge borrows elements from my 'Stress Less, Live Well' 8 week mindfulness based stillness meditation course as well as giving you a range of other options to try and see if they fit with you.
 
You can relax and know that all of our programs are based in research, because we are nerdy like that!!!

Jen Wressell

Jen Wressell is a neurodiverse affirming behaviour analyst (advanced / specialist), and consultant specialising in building sustainable businesses, practitioner development and health education. With extensive experience across disability, mental health, education, and community settings Jen supports practitioners to build confidence, strengthen their professional reasoning and deliver ethical, person-centred practice.

Jen is passionate about creating learning environments that feel safe, practical, and grounded in real-world application. Her work focuses on translating complex frameworks into clear, usable knowledge and strategies that practitioners can apply immediately in their roles. She is committed to trauma-informed, rights-based, and dignity-driven approaches, ensuring the people we support remain at the centre of all practice.

Across her career Jen has mentored hundreds of practitioners and worked with organisations, helping them develop systems, structures that aligns with best practice and regulatory standards. Her teaching style is down-to-earth, reflective, and strengths-based, with a strong focus on professional growth and long-term capability building.
